Following a organizational audit conducted by Xperentia, an Experiential Workshop series addressing first line & skip level leadership across the organization, across locations. Workshops for down lines were undertaken in phase two of the intervention. A common framework of understanding was created, with regards to work ethics, values, team process responsibility and accountability. The 2 IT related entities merged and christened themselves as "ITO"

3 days experiential Intervention in a 'Expedition' format, designed to involve all constituencies.
