Connecting the dots through art

A major T.V. General entertainment channel commissioned us to help them launch the channel’s new POV strategy. The brief was to harness the channel’s stakeholders and employees in co-creating the strategy.

We recommended The canvas challenge as an unconventional way of understanding the prevailing ethos of the group as a whole at a deeper level. A picture is worth a thousand words is the driving principal as The Canvas is about creating collaborative art on a large scale.

Teams are provided with art material like colors/ paint, paintbrushes, pencils, Canvas, chart paper etc. The final result is always breathtaking with scale, majesty and talent being very evident. There is also the indescribable sense of collectively articulating a POV through this powerful medium!

The great advantage of the art challenge is that there is something tangible at the end of the event, which will act as a reminder of what can be achieved through effective teamwork, collaboration and valuing diversity.
