Xperentia Consulting is a Learning and Development organization which uses the EBLD methodology (Experience Based Learning and Development) in all its interventions. The only organization with 15 copyright simulations to our credit, we have been designing experiential interventions for Fortune 500 companies,across levels and industries for the last 20 years. Some of our clients include Aditya Birla Group, BankAm – Merrill Lynch, Mondelez – Cadbury, Mahindra Group, Tata Group, Unilever, RBS, Kotak, ICICI, Times Group etc.

With a collective experience of over a 100 years, our team consists of Senior People Development Professionals, OD specialists, Coaches and Practitioners from the field of EL Simulation Design and Action learning. We have also been awarded the Global HR excellence award by the World HRD Congress for being the most Innovative Training & Development Company.

Founded in 1998, Xperentia Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is recognized as an innovative, cutting edge Learning & Development organization whose forte is designing learning experiences. Xperentia blends in creative media like music and theatre, along with adventure and ‘Live’ simulations to create unique learning environments.

Our team consists of experienced Human Resource Development Professionals, OD specialists, Counsellors, Subject Matter Experts from the field of performing arts, simulation designers and outdoor experts.
Over the last couple of decades, Xperentia has facilitated workshops in areas of senior leadership alignment, co-creation articulation of company vision, mission, and values, cultural integration, cross-functional synergies and productivity, creative problem solving and managing change effectively.

Our pragmatic and facilitative approach to the interventions has helped various leadership teams / companies to improve existing processes and systems and come-up with new avenues to increase productivity and cut cycle times. We are passionate about the role of OD, especially in growing organizations and have been a key partner in 3 start-up ventures.

Xperentia is awarded copyrights for 15 Experiential Simulations. These experiential simulations for Management Learning Development form an integral part of our interventions and some of these feature in the book Right of Centre – Experiential Initiatives in Action Learning authored by our CEO.

Our Founders

Anand has over 25 years of L & D experience in India and overseas, specifically in the area of design and development. His early post qualification years in New Zealand were spent working with the Maori Development Authority; a quasi Govt. body involved in upskilling the Maoris and bringing them into the mainstream. The experiential learning ‘bug’ bit him during this time – his Master level thesis at Massey University was on building learning organizations.

His recently published book on experiential learning methods titled “Right of Centre – Experiential initiatives in Action Learning” enjoyed an international release on Amazon and other prominent book stores. Anand was awarded with the World HRD Congress Award for ‘Contributions to the field of Global Learning & Development – 2012’. This award recognizes the contribution made through the 15 copyrighted experiential simulations created by him. In India, he worked with Indian Council for Cultural Relations (Ministry of External Affairs, India), GE Capital, Rediffusion – Y & R. His last assignment before founding Xperentia was as Country Head – HRD, for DHL Worldwide Express.

Anand’s Specialties:
Creating unique learning environments, using ‘experiential learning’ as a methodology for OD interventions. He is credited for creating highly effective and immensely popular experiential simulations like Search & Rescue-Air Crash© and Night Navigation-Tag Hunt© and The Quest© to name a few. Most of these are used extensively by experiential training companies in India.


Anamika brings 22 years of corporate experience, with 17 of them in Experience Based Learning & Development. Before joining Xperentia, Anamika was with DHL for 5 years, heading Chandigarh for DHL as the profit centre head. She was part of the best performing SBU team in the region and received the DHL Best SBU Award. Her move to Delhi as a Territory Manager saw her team successfully handling the DHL ‘A class’ high net worth customer base.

She was nominated for the international DHL Sales Manager of the Year award for her significant contributions. Alumni of Miranda House, Delhi University, Anamika has a P.G. Dip. in Sales & Marketing from National School of Sales (NIS) and a P.G. Diploma in Counselling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She is an accredited FIRO B practitioner, certified by The Asianic Psychologists Press.She has led experiential workshops across industry sectors and levels for the last 10 years with Xperentia. Her sales and SBU head experience comes to the fore in her workshops for front-line sales and customer interface professionals.
