Womenable is an Experiential workshop designed for young women managers of an American Multinational who are a critical part of the organisation’s leadership pipeline.

The company is known for its equal employment and inclusive diversity policies. We were approached to design an intervention to address the challenges in the ‘work – Life’ balance of these career woman, some of Shome were young mothers also.

The workshop exclusively used the experiential learning methodology and utilized a wide variety of media, making it a blended experience. The simulations brought out the areas which affect work-life balance effectively – So much so that the facilitated ‘Post simulation’ experience sharing was rated as the most useful part of the workshop as the woman managers recounted their challenges and their approach in managing them effectively in their day to day lives.

As a post-workshop follow through, a woman’s forum was set up online which now is a veritable support and counselling platform for all the woman employees.
