Overview

The challenge provides participants with a unique team-based learning experience, creates tremendous energy and excitement, and is a lot of fun. The module starts with an introductory session by a prominent connoisseur on “what you always wanted to know about wines and wine tasting.”

The teams are given relevant information on wine market segments. The team’s task is to create a brand new wine category by developing a brand identity; creating a blend; selecting appropriate packaging (i.e. bottle, cork, foil, label etc.), determine a pricing policy and then actually producing & presenting a finished product using the equipment provided.

Testimonial

We have been associated with Experiential learning through Anand Upadhyay’s Xperentia, since the year 2001.

In fact, the first experience was quite a revelation and the impact was so enormous, that we repeated the entire training across locations with different levels over the years.

Ours is a Multi-location media house, where every product be it print, radio or television, differs from region to region.

The workshop series helped us at the corporate and at the unit levels to understand each other and also to identify star performers and the ‘No show’ non performers.

Anand is a facilitator par excellence and is able to command the respect of the participants by sheer content and his own personality.

My best wishes to Anand and his team with the sincere hope that they continue to bring innovations into their experiential sessions and give different perspectives to the learning process.

We wish them luck to continue doing their best.
